From meter to charge, no manual math
Define your water, heating and electricity meters once. Enter the readings; consumption is split by unit price or by the incoming invoice and charged to units.
Reading entry
Enter period readings unit by unit or in bulk; consumption is calculated from the previous reading.
Distribution by unit price
Multiply consumption by the unit price you set and charge the result to units.
Distribution by invoice
Split the incoming invoice by consumption; the common-area difference is taken into account.
Share table
See every unit's share in a table before charging and correct it if needed.
Bulk printouts
Print meter distribution receipts in bulk or send them to residents as PDFs.
